Job Description

Talent Partner owning full-cycle hiring for a healthcare infrastructure company. Building talent pipelines, improving interviews, and partnering directly with leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, from intake and sourcing through offer and close
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline to support company needs
  • Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings
  • Oversee outreach and screening processes to engage the right candidates
  • Train and coach hiring managers, calibrate interviewers, and maintain hiring quality standards
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications
  • Work directly with company leadership

Requirements:

  • 2-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles
  • Track record of closing hard-to-fill roles
  • End-to-end ownership of searches, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview design, offer negotiation, and close
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Operational excellence, high daily output, and precision in execution
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience hiring in healthcare or a regulated environment is a plus
  • Energy and drive, with a hunger for self-improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture, navigate ambiguity, and solve big problems with high autonomy
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and creatively structure operations
  • Interest in working in healthcare and helping healthcare innovation flourish
  • Fully committed to a single full-time role
  • Ability to operate during Eastern Time (EST) hours
