Job Description

Talent Sourcing Strategist leading centralized sourcing strategies for financial well-being at Equitable. Focusing on early-career talent using innovative recruiting strategies and AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Complex leadership to understand each branch’s unique talent needs and identify priority sourcing markets, including targeted university pipelines
  • Leverage national recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and others) to proactively source high-quality candidates and deliver a consistent flow of qualified leads to hiring managers nationwide
  • Implement and optimize emerging AI-driven recruiting tools to enhance pipeline velocity, improve candidate targeting, and drive more efficient, high-impact sourcing strategies
  • Customize and refine outreach strategies to align with targeted talent segments, increasing candidate engagement, response rates, and interview conversion
  • Elevate the Equitable Advisors brand through strategic national recruiting campaigns, both virtual and in-person, strengthening market presence and employer brand recognition
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate lead quality by source, continuously refine sourcing strategies, and inform future investment decisions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent operations, preferably within financial or professional services
  • Proven ability to build and scale talent pipelines using modern sourcing strategies and digital platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake)
  • Experience with or strong interest in AI-driven recruiting tools, automation, and innovative sourcing technologies
  • Strong capability to translate business needs into data-driven sourcing strategies and measurable outcomes
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft targeted, high-impact outreach that drives engagement
  • Demonstrated project management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing performance through data, insights, and continuous improvement
