Job Description
Kundensupport für pathway solutions’ Buchhaltungs-SaaS für e-Commerce-Unternehmer:innen in Deutschland. Lösung buchhalterischer Probleme, Verbesserung von Supportprozessen und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Onboarding-Automation-Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to e‑commerce business owners by email and video calls on accounting issues
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication
- Identify recurring issues and improve solutions
- Work closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- High self-motivation and results orientation (SMART Goals)
- Experience using DATEV (mandatory)
- Interest in the digitalization of the accounting/bookkeeping industry
- Independent, structured and process-oriented working style
- Openness to feedback, digital work and a remote-first way of working
- Fluent in German and English
