Job Description

Teaching Assistant Professor delivering online behavior analysis courses for University of Nevada, Reno. Mentoring graduate research and supporting virtual program development.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach multiple online courses each year
  • Assist with the continued development and quality of online courses
  • Provide mentorship and oversight for graduate research projects
  • Maintain regular working hours
  • Participate in recurring synchronous meetings with faculty, staff, and students
  • Engage regularly in virtual committee meetings
  • Contribute to program planning and collaborative initiatives
  • Support the program and its students
  • Join a supportive and collegial community of psychology teaching faculty

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • At least three (3) years prior experience working in the field as a behavior analyst
  • Knowledge of inclusive online teaching practices
