Job Description
Teaching Assistant Professor delivering online behavior analysis courses for University of Nevada, Reno. Mentoring graduate research and supporting virtual program development.
Responsibilities:
- Teach multiple online courses each year
- Assist with the continued development and quality of online courses
- Provide mentorship and oversight for graduate research projects
- Maintain regular working hours
- Participate in recurring synchronous meetings with faculty, staff, and students
- Engage regularly in virtual committee meetings
- Contribute to program planning and collaborative initiatives
- Support the program and its students
- Join a supportive and collegial community of psychology teaching faculty
Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis or related field
- At least three (3) years prior experience working in the field as a behavior analyst
- Knowledge of inclusive online teaching practices
- Student advisement experience or capability
