Job Description
Team Lead guiding Java backend teams developing CDQ’s collaborative Master Data Management platform. Supporting engineers, making technical decisions, and ensuring system quality.
Responsibilities:
- Support and develop team members
- Take responsibility for the technical quality of the systems the team builds and operates
- Work with a small 3–5-person team
- Participate mainly in meetings directly related to the team’s work and needs
- Organise and coordinate the team’s work
- Make technical decisions
- Support people’s development
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure focus on delivering value
- Contribute to the long-term development of CDQ’s Master Data Management platform
Requirements:
- Experienced Team Lead (Java)
- Strong people leadership skills
- Deep technical expertise
- Very good understanding of the team’s technology stack
- Ability to organise and coordinate the team’s work
- Confidence in making technical decisions
- Strong background in backend development using modern Java technologies
- Several years of professional experience
- Experience mentoring, leading or coordinating engineers
- Team-oriented approach that values collaboration, knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving
- Genuine interest in data and databases is a strong advantage
