Job Description

Teamlead Operations für ein Unternehmen für nachhaltig gefertigte Babyprodukte. Steuerung von Logistik, Customer Service, Kosten, ERP/EDI und Prozessautomatisierung.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of import partners and 3PLs, ensuring their performance
  • Monitoring operational KPIs such as lead times, error rates and inventory
  • Responsibility for shipping carriers such as DHL and Post AT across all markets
  • Operational execution and conducting tenders and price negotiations with carriers
  • Accountability for the logistics cost ratio as a central KPI
  • Ownership of budgets for import and customer service
  • Transparent reporting of cost drivers to executive management
  • Coordination of the customer service team and ensuring modern service delivery with high customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring clean order flows and EDI integrations with trading partners
  • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities, ideally using n8n or Make
  • Leading and developing the team
  • Continuous process improvement

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics or supply chain, ideally in e‑commerce/D2C
  • First leadership experience or a clear readiness to take the next step
  • Experience with budget responsibility and cost-related KPIs
  • Confident use of ERP systems, preferably Weclapp
  • Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills
  • Hands-on, structured and ownership-driven working style
  • Excellent German and good English
  • Plus: B2B/EDI experience
  • Plus: affinity for automation with n8n, Make or Zapier
  • Plus: experience with cross-border e‑commerce (DACH + Southern Europe/Benelux)
  • Plus: experience in a customer service environment
