Job Description
Team Leader in Software Development overseeing pharmacy billing software at a leading HealthTech provider in Germany. Focused on quality assurance processes and team leadership in Leipzig.
Responsibilities:
- Disciplinary leadership of the development team for the pharmacy billing verification software (in particular, Rezept300, RAV300, VA30x)
- Execution of IQVIA management processes, in particular PMP
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the development and quality assurance process requirements
- Continuous improvement of QA processes within the team, especially with regard to test automation
- Establishment of a KPI system, tracking and improving the relevant KPIs
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in (business) computer science or a comparable IT qualification; professional experience in Java software development is desirable
- At least 5 years of verifiable professional experience in software development and/or quality assurance
- Initial experience in personnel management; ability to perform under pressure, including in critical situations or on sensitive topics
- Ideally, experience with development processes in the healthcare sector
