Job Description
Team Lead managing VOE Specialists to ensure verification of employment for mortgage applicants. Fostering a high-performance team culture while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of VOE Specialists
- Oversee daily VOE operations
- Maintain team Quality Assurance (QA) performance
- Document and validate employment verification documentation
- Promote exceptional customer service
- Prepare and maintain operational reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University
- 4–6 years of experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Mortgage Operations environment
- 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Familiarity with mortgage processing platforms, LOS systems, and verification tools
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
