Job Description
Tech Lead Engineering overseeing strategic development workflows in large-scale environments. Leading teams through CI/CD processes and agile methodologies in Brazil.
Responsibilities:
- Map and redesign end-to-end development flows, from ideation to deployment and operation
- Identify systemic bottlenecks that impact multiple squads simultaneously
- Define, track, and evolve flow metrics such as lead time, cycle time, DORA metrics, and flow efficiency
- Connect engineering practices and development flow to business outcomes
- Create, standardize, and evolve the development pipeline, ensuring consistency without removing squads' autonomy
- Implement and evolve Continuous Delivery practices, reducing friction in the CI/CD pipeline
- Standardize ceremonies and rituals at scale without over-constraining teams
- Facilitate PI Planning, system-level retrospectives, and synchronizations between dependent squads
- Serve as a technical and process reference, collaborating with engineers as peers
- Communicate clearly across multiple levels, from junior developers up to the CTO.

- Experience with stacks and tools such as GitLab, ArgoCD, Datadog, Businessmap/Kanbanize, and ServiceNow
- Knowledge of software architecture and the ability to engage technically with engineers
- Ability to judge when not to apply frameworks dogmatically
- Knowledge of agile practices, ceremonies, and governance at scale
- Experience in environments involving multiple consultancies and high organizational complexity
- Ability to influence without formal authority, working with dozens of tech leads
- Systems thinking, high tolerance for ambiguity, and clear communication across different levels
- Knowledge of programming languages (any language), with desirable familiarity in TypeScript.
