Responsibilities:

  • Map and redesign end-to-end development flows, from ideation to deployment and operation
  • Identify systemic bottlenecks that impact multiple squads simultaneously
  • Define, track, and evolve flow metrics such as lead time, cycle time, DORA metrics, and flow efficiency
  • Connect engineering practices and development flow to business outcomes
  • Create, standardize, and evolve the development pipeline, ensuring consistency without removing squads' autonomy
  • Implement and evolve Continuous Delivery practices, reducing friction in the CI/CD pipeline
  • Standardize ceremonies and rituals at scale without over-constraining teams
  • Facilitate PI Planning, system-level retrospectives, and synchronizations between dependent squads
  • Serve as a technical and process reference, collaborating with engineers as peers
  • Communicate clearly across multiple levels, from junior developers up to the CTO.
