Job Description
Tech Manager liderando a Plataforma de Agentes do Grupo Boticário, empresa brasileira de beleza e varejo. Coordenando engenharia, agentes LLM e soluções digitais para canais de negócio.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the engineering team for the Agents Platform
- Manage and develop people through individual development plans (IDPs), 1:1 sessions, action plans, and frequent feedback
- Guide the team in adopting agile practices and facilitate planning sessions, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Remove team impediments
- Foster an environment of respect and trust, adapting leadership style as needed
- Identify opportunities and key roles within the company that contribute to the team’s success
- Coordinate initiatives involving one or more teams
- Present results to stakeholders, gather feedback, and align the product roadmap
- Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely
- Build the squad’s vision and mission
- Monitor and improve product, business, and technical metrics
- Participate in product discovery, problem mapping, and incident resolution
- Contribute to the product/squad’s objectives and key metrics and present results (OKRs)
- Establish software development processes and maintain a consistent, healthy pace
- Manage competing needs and priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience leading software development teams for digital products
- Strong technical background (former developer or architect)
- Ability to discuss software architecture, integrations, and engineering best practices
- Experience improving processes, products, or services
- Facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Experience with agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent)
- Leadership experience in technology and/or process modernization or migration
- Understanding of how LLMs and agents operate in production (a plus)
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Agno, LangChain, or equivalent technologies (a plus)
- Experience leading a senior, multidisciplinary team spanning software engineering, data science, and AI (a plus)
