Job Description
Technical Architect responsible for high-end hospitality projects, involved in design coordination and documentation. Focused on delivering buildable designs with Revit and BIM coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects, ensuring buildability and coordination
- Develop and manage coordinated **Revit models and construction documentation**
- Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using **BIM / Navisworks**
- Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions
- Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications
- Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early
- Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic
- Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials
- Guide BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
- 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design
- Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects - private homes and villas, hotels and resorts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Nawisworks
- Professional level of English, both written and verbal
- Portfolio is a must
