Job Description
Technical Business Analyst bridging ambiguous business intent and buildable specifications for data and agentic projects. Collaborating with PMs and tech teams in a remote LATAM setup.
Responsibilities:
- Deconstruct complex business processes into precise requirements
- Collaborate closely with PMs and technical teams
- Own Spec-Driven Development artifacts end-to-end
- Define what 'correct' means for various business entities
- Translate business policy into structured specifications
Requirements:
- Experience in Spec-Driven Development
- Proficiency in EARS-formatted requirements and Gherkin acceptance scenarios
- Ability to build and maintain data dictionaries and schema specifications
- Skills in defining field-level validation rules and data-quality criteria
- Knowledge of business-rule definitions and structured guardrail specs
- Familiarity with process and workflow modeling
