Job Description
Technical Lead managing engineering teams at Boardwise, focusing on AI-first software development in a remote environment. Driving architectural decisions and fostering a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an outstanding engineering team
- Coach engineers through regular 1:1s and continuous feedback
- Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration
- Support hiring, onboarding, and professional growth
- Own delivery of engineering plans
- Drive architectural decisions within your team
- Contribute hands-on to features, refactoring, and production issues
- Collaborate across the organisation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional backend or full-stack development
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
- Experience building scalable SaaS products
- Comfortable working in cloud-native architectures
- Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 APIs is a plus
- Experience with F#, or strong C# skills and genuine motivation to learn functional programming.
- Led an engineering team and enjoy helping people grow.
- Ability to scope and estimate complex work, prioritize effectively under changing requirements, balance technical debt with product delivery, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
- Advanced AI user, naturally integrating AI into daily workflows and helping others.
