Job Description

Líder Técnico Java no Grupo SysMap, ecossistema brasileiro de tecnologia e transformação digital. Liderando equipes, arquitetura e aplicações Java em projetos corporativos críticos.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership to development teams
  • Define architecture and technical solutions for new projects
  • Develop and maintain Java applications
  • Design solutions using PL/SQL and Shell Script
  • Conduct technical requirements analysis
  • Support effort estimation and technical planning
  • Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices
  • Resolve complex issues and provide technical support to teams
  • Participate in defining development and architecture standards
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and business units
  • Support production deployments and incident analysis
  • Participate in technical meetings with clients and other vendors

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Java
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL
  • Experience with Shell Script
  • Knowledge of Oracle database modeling and administration
  • Experience in systems analysis and development
  • Knowledge of system integration
  • Experience with Git and version control
  • Experience working in mission-critical corporate environments
  • Desirable skills: Spring Boot; JPA / Hibernate; Maven; REST APIs; Oracle Database; SQL performance tuning; Linux; Git; Jenkins; Control-M; Docker; Kubernetes; Microservices; Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
