Job Description

Microsoft Identity and M&A Architect delivering enterprise migration services for Coretek’s consulting clients. Designing solutions, resolving escalations, and advancing automation across Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver hands-on Identity and M&A design and migration services at a senior-level capacity
  • Champion strategic initiatives for the Microsoft/Security consulting department
  • Execute complex customer migration projects and help clients achieve business goals
  • Balance billable project utilization with strategic initiatives and standards maturation
  • Architect and implement complex migration solutions independently or as part of a team
  • Serve as a final escalation point for technical issues and project blockers
  • Act as a trusted advisor for solutioning, designing, and delivering Identity and migration engagements
  • Engage with clients to identify opportunities for Coretek products and services
  • Monitor changes to products, tools, and methods and champion beneficial technology adoption
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies in daily work
  • Mentor team members toward M&A Consultant and Architect roles
  • Participate in and identify automation opportunities for Coretek and its clients
  • Lead the design and implementation of billable Identity and M&A engagements
  • Design and implement other technology engagements as qualified
  • Establish, document, and communicate configuration, testing, and implementation processes
  • Provide escalation support on projects owned by other team members
  • Contribute to project plan development with PMO staff

Requirements:

  • 8+ years doing large or enterprise M&A migration projects
  • Experience with Identity automation and integration workflows, including Entra integrations with Workday, ServiceNow, and similar platforms
  • Experience with migration tools for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoints, servers, and data across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments
  • Experience with Quest ODM, BitTitan, ShareGate, or similar migration platforms
  • Experience migrating Microsoft and non-Microsoft messaging and data platforms, including tenant-to-tenant, GCC High, cross-forest, Box, and Google Workspace environments
  • Experience with on-premises and cloud-based Active Directory and Microsoft authentication solutions, including ADFS, SSO, and MFA
  • Experience with third-party identity management and authentication solutions
  • Experience automating and scripting solutions with PowerShell
  • Workstation, server, and application migration experience
  • Intune / EMS solutions and products highly preferred
  • M365 E5 Security and Compliance, including Defender and Purview, highly preferred
  • General knowledge of Azure Infrastructure and Networking highly preferred
  • Microsoft certifications related to Identity, M365, Security, and similar technologies
  • Quest certifications related to On Demand Migrator, including ODM and ODM-AD
  • Other migration tool or relevant industry certifications
