Job Description
Telehealth Physical Therapist providing remote orthopedic and pelvic health care for Upstream Rehabilitation. Managing a flexible caseload and delivering evidence-based 1:1 patient treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Treat patients through a fully remote telehealth platform
- Manage and control your caseload
- Provide 1:1 physical therapy care
- Treat orthopedic and pelvic health patients, including women, men, and individuals across the gender spectrum
- Work collaboratively in a supportive, evidence-based care environment
- Complete documentation and scheduling using efficient systems
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license in Tennessee and Georgia
- Ability to treat full-time hours (40 hours/week)
- Availability extending to evenings until 8pm EST three nights per week, or two nights plus Saturday
- Ability to treat an established orthopedic and pelvic health caseload
- Ability to provide evidence-based care to a diverse patient population
