Job Description

Telemedicine Physician conducting comprehensive assessments for newly enrolled Medicare clients. Joining a team dedicated to geriatric care management in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments for newly enrolled Medicare clients
  • Synthesize complex medical histories and identify clinical priorities for ongoing care coordination
  • Document clinical findings that inform care manager (Hero) intervention strategies
  • Provide clinical oversight and collaboration as needed with care management team
  • Establish clinical credibility and trust during initial patient contact

Requirements:

  • MD or DO (must be licensed to practice in all 50 states)
  • Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine or other relevant speciality.
  • Substantial experience in geriatric medicine, primary care, or chronic disease management
  • Confident in telehealth assessment and skilled at building clinical rapport across a screen
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort with complexity and ambiguity
