Job Description
Territory Operations Manager at Orthofix managing documentation and patient interactions. Supporting Territory Managers and ensuring timely order completion while upholding ethical conduct.
Responsibilities:
- Review, revise and manage documentation
- Manage wholesale orders, open orders, and AOBS with corrective actions
- Track patient information and interactions with physician spreadsheet
- Contact patients for fitting appointments and any related TM/ATM assistance requested
- Provide RVP quarterly review on territory, pain points, and any critical issues
Requirements:
- Clear and thorough communication skills for patients, staff, and medical practitioners
- Time management skills: Prioritizing, delegation, and decision-making
- Data entry, spreadsheet literacy, and related electronic proficiencies
