Job Description
QA Analyst ensuring quality in test processes for a technology company focused on delivery solutions. Involves planning, executing tests, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute functional, exploratory, regression, and integration tests
- Participate in refinement sessions and technical discussions, contributing to quality from the start of development (shift-left)
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
- Create and maintain test cases
- Validate requirements and acceptance criteria
- Analyze risks and define test strategies
- Develop and maintain automated tests
- Contribute to defining, evolving, and maintaining the company’s test automation strategy to improve efficiency, coverage, and reliability
- Use AI tools to increase productivity and test coverage
- Work in partnership with developers, product, and other teams.
Requirements:
- Solid experience as a Test Analyst at mid-level
- Strong knowledge of functional, exploratory, and regression testing
- Hands-on experience with test automation (Playwright or Cypress)
- Experience creating, maintaining, and evolving automation frameworks
- Knowledge of Postman (API testing)
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Experience analyzing requirements and acceptance criteria
- Experience working with agile methodologies
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Autonomous, with a strong sense of priorities and an investigative, problem-solving mindset.
