Job Description
Licensed Illinois therapist providing evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students. Collaborating with school counselors and families while receiving free supervision from Daybreak Health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students in Illinois school districts
- Collaborate with school counselors and families
- Participate in case consultations
- Contribute to clinical program development as Daybreak Health grows
Requirements:
- Active LSW or LPC in Illinois (required; pre-licensure candidates cannot be hired at this time)
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
- Comfort with telehealth and EHR systems
- Availability Monday–Friday afternoons/evenings; weekend slots also available
- Preferred: Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
- Preferred: Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
- Preferred: Active NPI and CAQH
