Job Description

Title Coordinator coordinating national commercial title and escrow transactions for First American. Tracking multi-site delivery, supporting NCS offices, and managing back-office production teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize large commercial transactions in a fast-paced production environment
  • Establish and monitor delivery timelines for large commercial multi-site transactions
  • Proactively communicate risks, delays, and escalations
  • Respond to and support First American Title NCS offices with title requests and queries through email, phone, and the customer service platform
  • Represent Back Office production teams as a point of contact for internal clients and partners
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for back-office title production relating to multiple-property transactions
  • Draft procedures, policies, and training materials as needed
  • Direct and instruct teams in strategic global locations
  • Ensure established procedures are followed and implement new procedures as needed
  • Promote continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Track KPI reports with the Production Supervisor and Operations Manager
  • Anticipate and correct trends that could compromise team targets

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience/knowledge in the Real Estate Industry
  • 2+ years in a Customer Service role
  • Ability to independently prioritize competing demands, manage deadlines, and communicate when support or escalation is needed
  • Experience mentoring and training
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplined and fast-paced team environment
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive and helpful outlook toward high-demanding customers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive results
  • Advanced proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Good judgment
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
