Job Description
Track and Trace Representative coordinating drivers, customers, calls, appointments, and shipment updates. Supporting Zelh’s third-party logistics operations for domestic and international shipping services.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with drivers and customers
- Notify appropriate parties of any issues
- Input updates into the system
- Answer incoming calls from clients
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain current knowledge of market trends in the transportation marketplace
- Perform other duties as required by business needs or as assigned
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English level is A MUST
- Ability to work in a high-stress/paced environment
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Customer Support will be appreciated
- PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
