Job Description

Trader Support Specialist at Tradeify, serving as primary contact for traders and customers. Resolving inquiries and providing support while enhancing trader experience in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tradeify traders and customers
  • Accurately identify, assess, and resolve a wide range of inquiries
  • Develop a strong understanding of Tradeify’s trading platforms
  • Troubleshoot incoming inquiries and escalate when needed
  • Provide white-glove trader support
  • Educate current and prospective traders on how Tradeify works
  • Contribute to Tradeify’s trader-facing Learning Center
  • Monitor trading systems and common support trends
  • Participate in beta testing for new features
  • Adhere to internal guidelines and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, operations, or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
  • A customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using CRM or customer support tools
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Fluency in English is required
