Job Description
Trader Support Specialist at Tradeify, serving as primary contact for traders and customers. Resolving inquiries and providing support while enhancing trader experience in a fast-paced trading environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Tradeify traders and customers
- Accurately identify, assess, and resolve a wide range of inquiries
- Develop a strong understanding of Tradeify’s trading platforms
- Troubleshoot incoming inquiries and escalate when needed
- Provide white-glove trader support
- Educate current and prospective traders on how Tradeify works
- Contribute to Tradeify’s trader-facing Learning Center
- Monitor trading systems and common support trends
- Participate in beta testing for new features
- Adhere to internal guidelines and best practices
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, technical support, operations, or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM
- A customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM or customer support tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English is required
