Job Description
Training Operations Lead scaling crane and rigging instructor-led programs for Interplay Learning, an immersive skilled-trades training company. Managing scheduling, logistics, systems, data, contractors, and course closeouts.
Responsibilities:
- Own the daily operational flow of all Instructor-Led Training (ILT) programs focused on crane and rigging
- Ensure contractor success and complete course closeouts on time
- Own process or customer remediation needs related to certificates
- Partner with Accounting to improve ILT payment timelines during closeouts
- Manage and maintain ILT Operations systems, processes, files, and data
- Ensure course, student, and financial data integrity for reporting
- Own accurate and on-time shipping to ILT programs
- Manage inventory, logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, travel, shipping, industry certifications, and related performance metrics for ILT and the Bookstore
- Implement process improvement initiatives and document ILT processes for scale
- Own the in-person/on-site experience for ILT programs with training leadership and training center partners
- Schedule, manage, confirm, cancel, and reschedule training center events and related communications
- Manage curriculum versioning and provide inventory support
- Maintain product and packing-list accuracy in NetSuite
- Partner with Industrial Service Delivery to ensure Salesforce accuracy
- Ensure students are accurately enrolled in the LMS
- Maintain Industrial Services product details across software systems, including descriptions, packing lists, curriculum versions, field advisory services, bookstore, FoRE, and instructor skills matrix
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in training operations, logistics, supply chain, or a similar operations role supporting Instructor-Led Training (ILT) or professional services
- Understanding of the end-to-end ILT program lifecycle is preferred
- Experience managing logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and supply chain operations with high accuracy and organization
- Proficiency with enterprise systems, including NetSuite and Salesforce
- Ability to maintain data integrity and optimize operational workflows
- Experience documenting processes, creating SOPs, and building enablement materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to partner across teams and manage external contractors and vendors
- Comfortable leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve operational efficiency and scale processes
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without stipulations
- Must be a resident of the United States
- Must complete I-9 and E-Verify processes upon employment
- Must pass a post-offer background check and drug and alcohol screening
- Additional role-dependent verification may include driver eligibility and record, credentials, education, employment history, references, or credit history
