Job Description

Customer Support Agent assisting international clients in real-time travel support. Ensuring high-quality experiences and managing unexpected situations for travellers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support to travelers
  • Manage inquiries and unexpected situations
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the travel experience

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer support or hospitality experience in the travel industry
  • Fluent in French, English and Spanish (required)
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations
  • Strong empathy, adaptability, and communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure
  • Independent, organized, and quick to learn
  • Flexible availability and willingness to work varied hours
  • Proficient with CRM systems and operational tools
