Job Description
Customer Support Agent assisting international clients in real-time travel support. Ensuring high-quality experiences and managing unexpected situations for travellers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to travelers
- Manage inquiries and unexpected situations
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the travel experience
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer support or hospitality experience in the travel industry
- Fluent in French, English and Spanish (required)
- Passion for travel and knowledge of global destinations
- Strong empathy, adaptability, and communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure
- Independent, organized, and quick to learn
- Flexible availability and willingness to work varied hours
- Proficient with CRM systems and operational tools
