Job Description
Traveller Support Agent assisting international clientele in travel-related inquiries and ensuring high-quality service throughout their journeys. Seeking a fluent French & English speaker with a passion for travel.
Responsibilities:
- Support travellers in real time
- Manage requests and unexpected situations
- Ensure excellent service throughout their journey
Requirements:
- 3+ years in customer support or hospitality in the travel industry
- Fluent French & English required. Additional languages are a plus
- Passion for travel and global destinations
- Empathy, adaptability, and strong communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomous, organized, and quick to learn
- Flexible working hours
