Job Description
Traveller Support Agent supporting international clientele with travel expertise and personalized customer care. Providing real-time assistance and managing traveller requests during their journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Support travellers throughout their journey, providing real-time assistance, coordinating solutions, managing requests, and ensuring a smooth and thoughtful travel experience from start to finish.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in travel, travel assistance, concierge, destination support, or customer experience in tourism.
- Fluent / near-native French & English (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of traveller expectations and operational realities of the tourism industry
- Ability to manage multiple situations with calm, ownership, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in creating seamless and personalized travel experiences
