Job Description
UAM/Marketing Manager responsible for performance marketing in Japan at MCR Media Group. Overseeing Yahoo Japan Ads and LINE Ads campaign strategies and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns on Yahoo Ads and LINE Ads
- Develop creative strategy tailored to the Japanese audience (messaging, visuals, tone of voice)
- Manage and scale advertising budgets while maintaining profitability targets
- Own campaign performance and growth metrics (Spend volume, CPA / CAC, Conversion rates, Funnel efficiency)
- Test creatives, landing pages, and audiences with cultural context in mind
- Analyze performance and identify new growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Born in Japan and native-level Japanese proficiency is mandatory
- Deep understanding of Japanese internet culture, consumer behavior, local advertising trends and communication nuances and expectations
- Hands-on experience with Yahoo Japan Ads and LINE Ads, with at least $30,000 monthly in spend on these platforms
- English: B1 or higher
- Proven experience promoting B2C products, Digital products / online services / apps / subscriptions.
