Job Description
User Acquisition Manager optimizing Native Advertising campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain for MCR Media Group. Lead performance marketing efforts targeting B2C digital products in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns on Taboola and Outbrain
- Drive performance against our core KPIs: Spend and CPA
- Test creatives, headlines, landing pages, and audiences
- Analyze performance and identify new growth opportunities
- Work closely with the creative and analytics teams
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain. Other native advertising platforms is a strong plus
- Deep understanding of native traffic mechanics (Publisher-level optimization, Widget performance, CPC / CPM bidding models, Creative fatigue management, Content-driven funnels)
- Proven experience in performance marketing for B2C products (Digital products / subscription products / apps / online services)
- Confirmed track record of managing budgets of $20,000+ per month
- English: B1 or higher
- Ability to work in fast paced start-up environment with weekly syncs with CEO and Product Owner.
