Job Description
UX/UI Designer at Stefanini focused on designing digital experiences and creating customer journey prototypes. Collaborating on design systems and user interface workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Traducir las Historias de Usuario en prototipos de alta fidelidad (Figma) para la aprobación rápida del cliente.
- Diseñar la experiencia de usuario garantizando que el flujo del ejecutivo de agencia (B2E) sea intuitivo y se cumpla en 5 pasos o menos.
- Contemplar "Happy Paths", estados de error, flujos de recuperación y vistas operativas complejas (ej. Dashboards y manejo de excepciones DLQ).
Requirements:
- Diseñador de interfaces y experiencias digitales experto en la creación de Customer Journeys y sistemas de diseño (Design Systems).
