Job Description
Healthcare quality reporting consultant guiding clients through MIPS and value-based care programs at Sharecare. Analyzing performance data, ensuring compliance, and optimizing reporting outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary consultant and account lead for assigned healthcare clients and practices
- Oversee client relationships, performance outcomes, compliance, reporting requirements, and submission timelines
- Collaborate with account management, sales, IT, development, business analyst, and systems integration teams
- Ensure adherence to QCDR guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Analyze baseline quality data, identify performance gaps, and recommend improvement strategies
- Lead virtual client meetings to review data, answer questions, and provide strategic guidance
- Interpret CMS regulations, MIPS specifications, and program updates and communicate changes
- Train and guide clients on reporting requirements, program updates, and technology/software use
- Prepare, validate, and submit data with the IT team using authorized protocols
- Support clients in using EMR systems to improve Promoting Interoperability performance
- Conduct random chart audits and generate reports within client EMRs
- Interpret final adjudications and regulatory feedback for facility and clinic stakeholders
- Deliver insights, tools, and recommendations to improve compliance and reporting performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field (required)
- 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality reporting or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent client-facing skills and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Experience planning, facilitating, and leading group meetings
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while managing multiple clients
- Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to handle confidential materials and information professionally
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. of materials
- Manual dexterity and strength sufficient for prolonged computer keyboard use, writing, and handling paperwork and supplies
- Eyesight sufficient to read documents and accurately view computer-monitor information
- Speaking and hearing ability sufficient for effective communication
- Eye/hand coordination, hearing, and visual acuity necessary for day-to-day tasks
