Job Description

VA Sales Agent converting prospective Veteran clients into Berry Law clients through excellent service. Driving sales and ensuring Veterans feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets while consistently converting qualified Veteran leads into retained clients
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up to maximize every conversion opportunity
  • Deliver a white-glove intake experience that reflects Berry Law's mission of serving warriors and champions
  • Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all Veteran client interactions and sales activity
  • Execute Berry Law's proven VA sales process with precision while continuously improving through coaching, training, and self-assessment
  • Contribute to a high-performance, competitive team environment aligned with Berry Law's mission and values

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales or other competitive, performance-driven environments
  • Experience in customer service, sales, athletics, leadership roles, or military service
  • Comfortable working with sales metrics, KPIs, and performance targets
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Military member, veteran, spouse, dependent, or relative (strongly preferred)
  • Personal understanding of VA benefits system or military lifestyle (strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with Veteran populations (strongly preferred)
  • Background in government benefits, social services, or advocacy work (strongly preferred)
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio, etc.) (also preferred)
  • Prior intake, legal sales, or client-facing sales experience (also preferred)
  • Background in consultative or solution-based selling (also preferred)
  • Experience in high-stakes or emotionally sensitive client interactions (also preferred)
