Job Description
Remote VIP travel consultant using Amadeus to book and advise executive travelers. Delivering high-touch business travel services for BCD Travel, a global corporate travel company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-touch service to key client travelers
- Handle incoming requests via phone, email, and other channels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers
- Provide active travel consultation, travel details, and upsell related products
- Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
- Search and confirm travel reservations
- Interpret and apply client travel policies
- Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations
- Apply travel supplier rules
- Maintain and expand knowledge of supported travel industries
Requirements:
- Experience in VIP travel
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
- Strong skills in GDS Amadeus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs
- Ability to work in the United States
