Job Description
California-licensed therapist delivering virtual adult behavioral healthcare through Iris Telehealth. Providing assessments, treatment plans, therapy, and community-resource connections for patients ages 18+.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual behavioral health therapy to adult patients ages 18+
- Conduct individual assessments
- Develop and monitor treatment plans
- Connect patients with essential community resources
- Document patient services accurately and in real time in electronic health records
- Use standardized assessment tools and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance access to behavioral health care
Requirements:
- Active independent LCSW or LPC license in California required
- Minimum of 2 years of therapy and diagnostic experience following issuance of an independent LCSW or LPC license
- Proven experience in therapy
- Experience facilitating group therapy strongly preferred
- Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8 am–5 pm PST
- Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 18+
- Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
- Must have passed the ASWB, NCW, and/or NCMHCE examination to gain clinical licensure
