Job Description

Virtual pharmaceutical sales representative educating healthcare professionals and qualifying leads for Syneos Health. Managing remote territory outreach, CRM records, and compliant product presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage healthcare professionals to educate, identify patients, and qualify leads
  • Ensure effective follow-up and conversion
  • Plan and organize activities for regular and consistent territory coverage according to a plan of action
  • Administer territory information and comply with reporting and regulatory requirements
  • Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions
  • Deliver effective sales presentations
  • Develop and adhere to daily/weekly call schedules
  • Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system
  • Articulate clinical benefits and product value to healthcare professionals and office staff using virtual educational resources
  • Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional virtual communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Expert selling skills in customer engagement and relationship building via e-promotion
  • Skilled in using virtual communication tools, CRM software, and general computer applications
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply disease state and product knowledge to promote products in a highly compliant manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in multi-tasking
  • Virtual/inside healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling within Women's Healthcare space
  • Customers include physicians, healthcare providers, and healthcare clinic personnel
