Job Description
Visual Designer for Bonusly focused on creative projects impacting employee engagement. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to define visual identity for new AI products.
Responsibilities:
- Produce creative for campaigns, landing pages, social media, events, and sales presentations
- Develop brand design system components
- Contribute to Bizy's visual identity and mascot design
- Partner with marketing to create impactful visual stories
- Collaborate with product designers to ensure coherent brand experience
- Share insights on design trends and AI tools
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of visual design experience
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Experience with motion graphics
- Understanding of brand systems
- Exposure to character design or mascot work
- Ability to communicate creative decisions clearly
