Job Description
Vice President of National Sales expanding PCV Murcor’s appraisal management client base. Leading national sales, client onboarding, RFP responses, and account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all national sales activities from lead generation through close
- Develop and implement the agreed Sales and Marketing Plan
- Expand the customer base in the market area
- Work with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals
- Onboard new clients that contribute profits to the organization
- Expand existing relationships into new divisions
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses identifying prospects’ needs
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with support departments
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships aligned with company core values
Requirements:
- BA or BS Degree (Preferred Qualification)
- MBA (Preferred Qualification)
- 7 years in direct and inside account sales and marketing within the AMC industry
- Experience in selling AMC services to national and regional lenders
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior knowledge of marketing and business principles
- Prior knowledge of appraiser and real estate principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation skills to reach mutual agreements with clients and vendors
