VP of Product leading SaaS and hardware product strategy at BinSentry, an AgTech company transforming animal feed supply chains. Owning roadmaps, innovation, and P&L-aligned growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and long-term roadmap by translating customer needs, market trends, and internal capabilities into a focused strategy that drives growth and innovation
- Act as a key member of the executive team, collaborating with the CEO, CTO, and others to prioritize initiatives and align product direction with business strategy
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and operations to scope, develop, and deliver product solutions balancing usability, scalability, and technical feasibility
- Lead efforts to understand the full value chain, including upstream and downstream workflows before and after product use, to inform roadmap development and product positioning
- Identify opportunities for new products and features that create meaningful differentiation and long-term customer value
- Define and articulate how each product initiative supports the broader P&L and strategic priorities of the business
- Guide the company through critical product decisions, bringing a software-native, outcome-focused perspective to a hardware-and-software business
- Report directly to the CEO and partner closely with the CTO, COO, and broader executive team
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS or hardware-enabled software businesses
- Demonstrated success in setting product vision and building roadmaps that guide company strategy and drive material business outcomes
- Experience developing new products from concept to launch, not just iterating on existing platforms
- Strong foundation in SaaS product management and experience introducing best practices that complement teams with deep industry or hardware expertise
- Experience operating at the $10–25M ARR stage, ideally within PE-backed environments
- Experience working directly with executive teams and boards in fast-paced, performance-driven settings
- Strong track record of linking product strategy to P&L impact, including revenue growth, cost efficiency, and long-term margin expansion
- Experience working in AgTech software is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and succeed in new, complex markets
