Job Description
Workday Integrations Consultant working with a team to deliver integration solutions for the Workday HCM system. Building relationships with customers to ensure tailored solutions and conducting mentoring for junior members.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team of integration consultants on a project
- Support the successful delivery of integration solutions for the cloud based Workday HCM system
- Document, implement, deploy and support integration solutions within a Workday implementation project
- Develop and share expert knowledge of the Workday product and integration platform toolset
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements
Requirements:
- Proficiency with XML, XPath and XSLT
- Workday Integrations Certified
- Good understanding of cloud computing, web services and associated integration challenges
- Good customer focus, with some experience in a client facing environment
- Some consulting skills e.g., presenting, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to customers
- Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy, including in a remote working situation
- Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics
- Attention to detail
- Capable of working within (remote) teams and alongside customers
- Willing to learn in depth about relevant subject matter i.e. regulations and practices internationally
- Willing to travel to work with customers on site
