Job Description
Stagiaire en conseil Workforce & Organization chez Capgemini Invent, leader mondial de la transformation technologique. Analyse des enjeux RH, organisationnels et de capital humain pour les clients.
Responsibilities:
- Address today’s and tomorrow’s People and HR challenges
- Support executive leadership teams on strategy, organization, and human capital issues
- Collect and analyze data by conducting interviews and facilitating co-creation workshops
- Prepare client presentations
- Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations
- Participate in the firm’s internal activities, including recruitment and training
- Work on talent and skills management, HR process transformation, Digital Workplace, and Change Management topics
Requirements:
- Seeking a final-year internship or an internship during the second half of a gap year as part of a business school, engineering school, or university program
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French
- Strong interest in business transformation and digital innovation topics
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong ability to adapt
