Job Description
Working student supporting reports, KPIs, ERP data, and shipment monitoring for Nordex’s onshore wind turbine business. Coordinating logistics stakeholders and process documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the POD Manager in daily logistics operations across the Central Region
- Prepare and maintain logistics reports and KPIs
- Track and update logistics data in ERP systems and Excel-based tools
- Assist with shipment and delivery status monitoring
- Manage and file logistics records
- Coordinate information exchange with internal stakeholders and external logistics service providers
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation
- Contribute to ad hoc logistics projects and daily operational tasks
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field at university
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working with data and reports
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Structured approach to managing tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Effective collaboration with different stakeholders
- Very good German language skills (minimum C1), written and spoken
- English language skills (minimum B2), written and spoken
- Proactive mindset
- Willingness to learn
- Interest in logistics and supply chain operations
