Job Description
Werkstudent Operations bei XDi, Anbieter praxisnaher Weiterbildungen in Design, Transformation und agiler Entwicklung. Unterstützung digitaler Lern-, Content- und Kommunikationsprojekte mit modernen KI-Tools.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation, preparation, and maintenance of digital content for learning, websites, and social media
- Conduct quality and completeness checks, and optimize and standardize content
- Support the maintenance of digital platforms and tools, such as SharePoint, LearnUpon, and WordPress
- Support social media activities, including preparing and publishing content, maintaining editorial calendars, and handling reviews and reactions
- Create and design presentations, graphics, and visual materials for various digital channels and formats
- Contribute to a wide range of digital and organizational projects
- Use AI tools to efficiently create, prepare, and further develop content
- Support the team with digital content, learning, and communications projects
- Contribute your own ideas and help shape processes and innovations
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as a student and at least in your third semester
- Ideally pursuing a degree in design, media, visual communication, marketing, or a comparable field
- Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint
- Interest in and enthusiasm for using ChatGPT and other AI tools in day-to-day work
- Strong technical understanding and digital affinity
- Quick learner with the ability and enthusiasm to become familiar with new tools
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Team-oriented and creative
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to work 20–40 hours per week
- Motivated and eager to learn
