Job Description
Zuora Billing Technical Consultant supporting Zuora implementations, configurations, and production issues. Developing CRM and payment integrations for subscription billing and Quote-to-Cash processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support Zuora Billing implementation, configuration, and enhancements
- Develop and support integrations with CRM and payment platforms
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- 6–10+ years of experience with Zuora Billing
- Strong knowledge of Zuora REST APIs, custom workflows, SOQL/SQL, and Zuora data/object model
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), subscription lifecycle, invoicing, and payments
- Experience with CRM and payment gateway integrations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
