Job Description
Remote 340B Analyst supporting Trinity Health’s pharmacy 340B compliance program. Conducting audits, maintaining records, processing invoices, and implementing data-driven improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to ensure compliance with the pharmacy 340B program
- Work closely with pharmacy staff, software companies, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Participate in maintaining program policies and procedures
- Maintain required 340B program records
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements
- Specialize in finance, audit, maintenance/IT, and/or contracts/compliance
- Demonstrate Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions
- Facilitate clinical standards and operational decisions and resolve issues through leadership, collaboration, critical thinking, and teamwork
- Use data to identify improvement opportunities and develop, lead, and implement data plans
- Apply data-driven approaches to project prioritization and strategies
- Identify business opportunities addressing program needs, policy changes, and education
- Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and Trinity Health policies
- Process invoices and requisitions and serve as liaison to wholesalers, third-party administrators, and internal and external customers
- Assist with quality control and third-party administrator maintenance
- Serve as liaison to pharmacy staff
- Conduct monthly internal 340B program audits and immediately report discrepancies or deviations to the Regional Director Business Operations/340B
- Perform other responsibilities as requested by the Regional Director Business Operations/340B
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a focus on accounting, finance, information technology, business, or related field; degree must be completed within one year of starting
- At least two (2) years of work experience in accounting, finance, information technology, business management, or related roles
- 340B University Certification required within three months of starting
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Well organized and maintains a highly professional manner and appearance
- Honesty, integrity, caring, and ability to inspire and motivate others
- Team-oriented, able to work independently, and willing to complete assigned tasks to meet deadlines and objectives
- Comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
