Job Description

3PL Account Manager driving growth for AutoStore in Third-Party Logistics. Managing high-potential 3PL accounts and fostering long-term consultative partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • The 3PL Account Manager will be responsible for driving AutoStore’s growth within the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) channel a strategic lever in accelerating AutoStore’s growth ambitions.
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of high-potential 3PL accounts based on the AutoStore strategy, deepening long-term consultative partnerships, and capturing share from competing technologies through a targeted, go-to-market approach.
  • Drive AutoStore’s strategic initiatives through the 3PL accounts in EMEA, translating regional priorities into committed sites and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Build and deepen long-term, consultative relationships with key stakeholders from warehouse operations and solution design to executive leadership within each 3PL.
  • Develop and execute joint growth plans and detailed account plans with committed-site targets, revenue goals, expansion strategies, and risk mitigation.
  • Engage 3PL end customers early and proactively pre-RFP and accelerate RFP conversion.
  • Driving the successful onboarding and operational integration of new 3PL accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least five years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or strategic business development — ideally within 3PL, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex, multi-stakeholder 3PL or enterprise relationships with measurable outcomes (pipeline growth, committed sites, partnership expansion).
  • Working knowledge of warehouse automation technologies and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving ability, including comfort navigating partner-led RFP processes and evolving commercial models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment with shifting priorities and complex customer needs.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and operate with a team-oriented mindset.
