Job Description
Account Executive providing support for client partnerships across professional sports and NCAA. Analyzing performance and collaborating with clients to enhance sponsorship value.
Responsibilities:
- provide day-to-day support for a client’s partnership portfolio across professional sports, NCAA, and venues
- manage a portfolio of sports partnerships (e.g., teams, venues, conferences, leagues)
- execute partnership elements
- analyze performance and evolve partnership strategy
- collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to maximize the impact of sponsorship investments
- deliver meaningful fan engagement
Requirements:
- at least 2 years of relevant experience in sports sponsorship strategy, partnership marketing, or account management
- strong understanding of the sports business landscape including leagues, conferences, teams, venues, fans, and sponsors
- analytical mindset
- comfort interpreting data
- strong client-facing communication skills
- ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, properties, agency teams, and third-party vendors
- experience across partnership functions including activation strategy, measurement frameworks, portfolio strategy, and contract negotiation highly preferred
- willing to work outside of standard business hours when needed
- willing to travel as needed including occasional weekends to support partnership management
