Job Description

Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth across UK and Ireland markets for Omilia's AI-powered contact center automation solutions. Engaging enterprise clients and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle for accounts in the UK & Ireland market, from initial engagement through close and expansion.
  • Drive net-new revenue by acquiring and growing enterprise and mid-market accounts aligned with Omilia's Ideal Customer Profile across banking, healthcare, insurance, utilities, and telecom sectors.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within target accounts, positioning Omilia as the preferred AI-powered contact centre automation partner.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, territory plans, and pipeline forecasts that meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact for your accounts, coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, contributing UK market and competitive intelligence to product, marketing, and leadership to influence go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years in a similar Account Executive or enterprise sales role.
  • Experience working with international clients and/or partners.
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in contact center, SaaS, or conversational AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of technical sales processes, including RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and proposal development.
  • Ability to map customer business requirements to technical solutions and articulate value propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams (e.g., Sales Engineers, Product Management) to deliver customer solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to qualify opportunities and assess risks.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
