Job Description
Account Executive filling rural healthcare staffing vacancies with medical providers. Growing client relationships and supporting access to care in underserved communities.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently fill vacant positions with excellent medical providers
- Drive account growth by building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with healthcare facilities and providers
- Ensure data integrity by following processes and documentation protocols
- Contribute to WMS’s strategic plan
- Work cohesively with all WMS departments
- Exceed clients’ expectations by proactively assessing staffing needs and efficiently filling vacant jobs
- Develop relationships and maintain high levels of trust and rapport with clients and medical providers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the healthcare field required
- Track record of success in previous positions

- Must work normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM
- Dedicated work-from-home space that is quiet and private and free of competing responsibilities during work hours
- High-speed internet for video calls and daily job requirements
- Self-starter who is disciplined and able to manage a busy schedule without direct, in-person supervision
