Job Description

Account Executive für Brainsuites KI-Plattform zur Marketingeffektivität. Gewinnung von SaaS-Kund:innen, Steuerung des Sales-Cycles und Ausbau von Key Accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new business customers, with a focus on key accounts in FMCG, F&B, and retail
  • Build long-term revenue with companies in the DACH region and manage international clients
  • Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from initial cold outreach through to closing
  • Generate your own pipeline through active prospecting, cold calling, and consistent follow-up
  • Conduct discovery calls and involve experts strategically
  • Deliver compelling presentations of our solutions, particularly in consumer insights and shopper marketing
  • Expand the customer portfolio through creative outreach strategies, including events and social media
  • Identify new use cases for our services and develop new business opportunities
  • Analyze relevant data and key metrics to optimize qualified leads
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and quotas
  • Provide expert guidance to prospective customers with a focus on ROI
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, track sales progress, and produce reliable forecasts
  • Optimize the data-driven approach across the entire sales funnel
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to grow accounts and secure renewals
  • Work closely with C-level executives, the Head of Sales, and Product and Marketing Managers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a SaaS start-up or scale-up environment, ideally as an Account Executive or in Sales Development
  • Strong ability to pursue innovative acquisition strategies and develop new business opportunities
  • Solid understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, marketing automation, and/or market research
  • Entrepreneurial approach to sales initiatives and decision-making
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken
  • Excellent English
  • Valid authorization to work in Germany
  • Passion for the work, combined with creative and unconventional thinking
  • Experience in the market research industry or brand management is a plus
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as BANT and SPICED is a plus
  • Experience with sales and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Woodpecker, Apollo, Wiza, Aircall, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
  • Experience with cold outreach campaigns is a plus
  • Curiosity and a continuous desire to learn
