Job Description
Aviation Account Manager focusing on day-to‑day client support for aviation clients. Managing renewals, account documentation, and claims support while leading initiatives for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead renewal strategy and execution, including market selection, exposure and loss analysis, data gathering, application and submission prep, proposal delivery, carrier negotiation, and binding.
- Manage Middle Market and Small aviation accounts, secure required underwriting documentation, and identify cross‑sell opportunities across key commercial coverages.
- Review all policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, invoices, and related deliverables for accuracy while maintaining strong carrier/wholesale relationships.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in P&C brokerage, with at least 1 year focused on aviation.
- Deep technical knowledge of aviation insurance including hull, liability, war risks, hangar keepers, products liability, and related specialty coverages.
- Strong understanding of aviation operations, key risk drivers, and underwriting requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret pilot records, training documents, aircraft specifications, hangar agreements, and other aviation‑related information.
